Why I Started BodyByDes

After having three kids, I had to rebuild my routine, my confidence, and my relationship with fitness from the ground up.

I know what it feels like to feel stuck, inconsistent, or unsure where to start. That’s why I created BodyByDes — to give people simple structure, support, and guidance that actually fits into real life.

My goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress, confidence, and helping you build habits that last.

My Approach

My coaching focuses on building routines that feel realistic and sustainable — not overwhelming.

Instead of extreme programs or complicated workouts, I guide you step-by-step so you can stay consistent and start seeing real progress.

Whether you’re starting over, rebuilding after kids, or working toward waist-shaping and strength goals, I help you create structure that fits your lifestyle.
